Amazing Grace Worship
Worship for the family begins at 12:30 p.m. each Sunday. The only thing that is unusual about our worship is that we are very informal and enjoy having fun during our times together. Bring your whole family, for our worship times have something good for most families. We'll have some time for music and singing, time to welcome each other, some sharing from church members, take communion and hear a relevant
Bible lesson. During our worship lesson, youth from ages 3 to 12 will be dismissed to attend our youth classes that are fun and interesting. We also have a large adjoining room next to the sanctuary where mothers with small children can sit comfortably with their child and listen to the worship lesson. We're blessed with a facility that is inspirational in appearance and very comfortable. Come for worship. You'll be glad you did!
Youth Bible Class
During our worship lesson we provide a fun learning environment for youth, ages 3 through 12. The youth are dismissed to this class as the worship lesson begins and will continue in this class until our worship is complete. Although the age span is wide, we provide activities that can be interesting and fun for all ages. The class is overseen by very experienced and loving teachers.
Spiritual Connections 101
Amazing Grace offers a special Bible series prepared by the Senior Minister called "Spiritual Connections 101". These 5 lessons are offered to anyone desiring more Biblical knowledge and for those desiring to become members at Amazing Grace. The series are held in a member's home on a Saturday, once a month, and will be taught in a group setting. Pre-registration is necessary for class size and material preparation. Each participant will be given a notebook containing all the material. Please e-mail or phone the church office to register for the next class.
Activities For The Family
Men's Breakfast
On a bi-monthly schedule, our men plan a special breakfast on a Saturday morning. We enjoy some great food and hear some brothers share some good things about living a victorious life on earth as men. We invite guests and are able to experience a special time, just for the guys! Contact the church office to get details on the next exciting breakfast for men.
Women's Brunch or Lunch
Not to be left out, our women at Amazing Grace also plan a special brunch or lunch held on Saturdays, on a bi-monthly basis. Their food is probably better than our men's breakfast, and they also have different activities. But everyone has a great time and it's a special time for women to build lasting friendships. Inquire through the church office for this next fun event for our women and their guests.
Youth and Families
Although Amazing Grace doesn't have a specified youth leader at the present, we are seeking to plan activities that will excite our youth about the church and spiritual matters. As the weather permits we will have picnics, pool parties and special fun activities for the youth and their families. We are a family church and deeply desire for our youth of all ages to feel connected to God through His church. Why not bring your family and assist us in developing a great youth ministry?
