Rad has served as a Senior Minister for 5 different churches over the years.
Rad & Mary have served churches in Georgia, Illinois, Texas and now Arizona. We're deeply grateful that the Lord has allowed us to work with this family of believers in Surprise. This church family embraces it's great diversity and creates a loving atmosphere where people of all ages, races and spiritual backgrounds feel welcome. Perhaps He is calling you to join hearts and hands to assist in building this wonderful, spiritual family.

It's always been God's plan to have a group of servant men who will become Pastor/Elders to serve and strenghten each church on earth (I Peter 5:1-4). Amazing Grace will eventually appoint some servant-men who have the heart of Jesus to care for the spiritual needs of this family. Christ may be preparing you to eventually develop His heart of shepherding and become one of these Pastors in the future.
As Amazing Grace grows there will evolve a wide array of ministries that will need qualified men and women to develop and oversee them. Our church will be looking for gifted people to serve these special ministries. Christ may be developing your gifts to fill one of these roles.
Do you have a background in music and singing? Amazing Grace Church will need more talented men and womem who can assist us in our music ministry as we lift our voices to God in praise. Jesus was a singing Savior (Matthew 26:30), and He desires that His people sing in worship as they praise the Lord (Ephesians 5:19). Perhaps God has blessed you with music and voice talents that can enable Amazing Grace to have a greater worship experience. Bring your music talents and help us praise God in this ministry.
Your God may have given you a unique talent that can eventually be used to bless His Kingdom in some way. As our church grows, Christ will open new doors and ways for us to serve Him. When the time is just right, your special talent may be needed to bless this church and others in the world.
